Accepting credit cards is a vital part of any online business. While South Africa is far behind the rest of the world, offering EFT as your only form of payment is no longer sufficient. Besides Power (yes-no more!) can register for free now and be operational within a couple of hours. No other vendor that I know offers this.
There are many solutions that can be considered Setcom is probably your best option as a small business.

Unlike other companies have mentioned so far I have not had direct experience with this company. They come highly recommended by an associate of mine. Their website looks very good, so I recommend you check out before making a decision.
